All of our pickles are made using cold pack method to guarantee maximum freshness and crunch. Be sure to open and refrigerate packages immediately upon receipt.

- All pickles will ship via FedEx 2-day delivery service. Please be aware of outside temperatures. We take all precautions to make sure you receive your pickles exactly how they were when we packed them, but if they are left outside for long periods in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) it can compromise your order. FedEx’s 2-day ground service only delivers on business days. To ensure you receive your pickles as fresh and quickly as possible we only schedule shipments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are confident you will enjoy our pickles, however if for any reason you are dis-satisfied please contact us at poconopickleguy@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
